PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of decreasing bystander interference on a vaccine comprising a sensitive antigen administered in a primary immunization schedule caused by administering combination vaccine inoculated to an infant, in particular, acellular pertussis vaccine (Pa) at birth.SOLUTION: The method comprises one or more of the following steps: a) reducing the Pa dose inoculated at birth or the number of Pa components； b) including inactivated poliovirus (IPV) in the vaccine comprising the sensitive antigen； c) including whole cell pertussis (Pw) in the vaccine comprising the sensitive antigen； d) decreasing diphtheria toxin (DT) dose in the vaccine comprising the sensitive antigen； e) increasing dose of the sensitive antigen； and f) if any mutant of diphtheria toxin that detoxifies the wild-type toxin and which has not been chemically detoxified (CRM) is present, decreasing the amount of CRM and/or the number of saccharide conjugates on CRM.【課題】小児に対して接種される混合ワクチン、特に、出生時に無細胞百日咳ワクチン(Pa)を投与することによって引き起こされる、一次免疫計画において投与された感受性抗原を含むワクチンに対するバイスタンダー免疫干渉を低減させる方法の提供。【解決手段】下記(a)～(f)から選択される１以上のステップを含む方法。(a)出生時に接種するPa又はPa成分の数を減少させる；(b)前記感受性抗原を含むワクチンに不活性化ポリオワクチン(IPV)を含める；(c)前記感受性抗原を含むワクチンに全細胞百日咳菌(Pw)を含める；(d)前記感受性抗原を含むワクチン中のジフテリア毒素(DT)用量を減少させる；(e)前記感受性抗原の用量を増加させる；(f)野生型毒素を解毒し化学的には解毒されていないジフテリア毒素の変異体(CRM)が存在する場合、CRMの量及び／又はCRM上の糖コンジュゲートの数を減少させる。【選択図】なし
