PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-irradiating beauty care device capable of performing a safe and sure light irradiation by surely facing a light irradiation means to a living body surface, preventing a contact between the living body surface and the light irradiation means and preventing the leakage of a light to portions other than the living surface.SOLUTION: This light-irradiating beauty care device 1 includes the light irradiation means provided at one end of a body 11 to be held with a hand for irradiating a living body surface with light from a light source 41 via a lens 44. A light distribution control means 5 which comprises a discharge portion 52 disposed with an optical member 57 for transmitting the light, and an opaque member for covering the peripheries of the discharge portion 52 and the light irradiation means, is provided between the lens 44 and the living body surface.
