The present invention relates to a stem cell having a multi-layered thin film structure, a production method thereof, and a use thereof as a cell therapy product. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide the stem cell having the multi-layered thin film and showing improved stability and regulated multi-functionality. Thus, the stem cell having the multi-layered thin film produced thereby can be applied as a stem cell treatment agent for treating various diseases.본 발명은 다층박막 구조를 갖는 줄기세포, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 세포 치료제용 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 안정성이 향상되고 다기능성이 조절된 다층박막 줄기세포를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 다층박막 줄기세포의 제조방법은 매우 간단하기 때문에, 저비용 고효율로 다층박막 줄기세포를 제조할 수 있어, 이에 따라 제조된 다층박막 줄기세포는 다양한 질병의 치료를 위한 줄기세포 치료제로의 활용 가치가 크다.
