The invention relates to a limb circumference detection device, which comprises a wire-pulling module, a first measuring module and a second measuring module. The wire-pulling module is disposed on the limb in a surrounding manner. The first measuring module is disposed on the wire-pulling module. The second measuring module is connected to the wire-pulling module. The first measuring module is movable along the longitudinal direction of the limb for measuring the limb length. When the second measuring module is moving along the longitudinal direction of the limb, the first measuring module is configured to simultaneously measure the length of the wire-pulling module around the limb, so as to continuously detect the correlation between the limb length and the circumference. The detection device of the present invention may be connected in parallel with two or more sets. When the detection devices are connected in parallel with two sets, the invention may be used for monitoring the variation of limb softness, i.e. compliance.
