The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing the effect of an anticancer agent using Bojungikgi-tang and, more specifically, to a composition which treats lung cancer by administration of an anticancer agent and Bojungikgi-tang to an individual within 30 minutes after administering the anticancer agent. The composition remarkably alleviates side effects caused during single administration of the anticancer agent, lowers cytotoxicity, and enhances anticancer activity compared with single administration of the anticancer agent.본 발명은 보중익기탕을 이용하여 항암제의 효과를 증대시키는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 항암제를 개체에 투여하고, 30분 이내에 상기 개체에 보중익기탕을 투여하여 폐암을 치료하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은, 항암제가 단독 투여될 때의 부작용을 보중익기탕의 병용투여로 현저히 완화시켰고, 세포독성이 낮으며, 항암제가 단독으로 투여됐을 경우보다 높은 항암 활성을 가지는 장점이 있다.
