The present invention relates to a biopsy device. The biopsy device include a body caught by a practitioner with his/her hand； an outer needle connected to one side of the main body, extended in a longitudinal direction and having a hollow part； at least two holes formed on one side of the outer needle； and a wire penetrating the two holes, surrounding the inner diameter of the outer needle, and connected to the body. A tension is applied to the wire by the operation of the main body, and the wire is cut across tissue to be injected into the inside of the outer needle. So, the tissue is cut and collected.본 발명은 시술자가 손으로 잡을 수 있도록 구비되는 본체； 상기 본체의 일측에 연결설치되어 길이방향으로 확장되며, 내부에 중공부가 형성된 외침； 상기 외침의 일측에 형성되는 적어도 두 개의 홀； 및 상기 두 개의 홀을 관통하여, 상기 외침의 내경에 둘러싸도록 위치하며, 상기 본체에 연결되는 와이어； 를 포함하며, 상기 본체의 조작에 의해서 상기 와이어에 장력을 가하여, 상기 와이어가 상기 외침 내부에 주입되는 조직을 가로지름으로써, 상기 조직을 절단하여 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생검 장치에 관한 것이다.
