PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-cold beauty treatment device capable of effectively radiating the heat of a hot-temperature surface of a Peltier element.SOLUTION: The hot-cold beauty treatment device comprises: a plate-like Peltier element a cold-side plate disposed on the heat absorption surface side of the Peltier element a hot-side plate disposed on the heat generating surface side of the Peltier element a heat sink which comprises a flat heat absorption part on one end side and a heat radiation part having plural through holes in a direction orthogonal to the plate surface of the heat absorption part on the other end side, the heat absorption part being disposed between the Peltier element and the hot-side plate a blowing unit disposed in proximity to the heat radiation part of the heat sink and power source means for feeding power to the Peltier element and the blowing unit.
