The present invention relates to a novel method for synthesizing an SPC-47 compound as a glifolin derivative, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia containing the same as an active ingredient. The novel compound exhibits effects of inhibiting activities of pancreatic lipase and suppressing absorption of triglycerides, thereby being excellent in preventing and treating hyperlipidemia.본 발명은 글리폴린 유도체 SPC-47 화합물의 신규한 합성방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 고지혈증 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 신규한 화합물은 특히 췌장 리파아제 활성 억제 효과 및 중성지방 흡수 저해효과를 나타내 고지혈증 예방 및 치료 용도로 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
