The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a cured product having high fracture energy. Provided is a curable composition comprising organic-inorganic composite particles (A), a polymerizable monomer (B), a polymerization initiator (C), and inorganic particles (D). A cured body formed by curing the curable composition comprises: a matrix formed by curing all the components other than the organic-inorganic composite particles (A) among the components constituting the curable composition; and the organic-inorganic composite particles (A) dispersed within the cured body. The modulus of elasticity M of the matrix is at least 3.0 GPa greater than the modulus of elasticity P of the organic-inorganic composite particles (A). Also provided are a dental restorative material using the curable composition and organic-inorganic composite particles for dental use that are used in the dental restorative material.
