Provided are a pharmaceutical composition having an improved stability comprising eperisone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, an acidifying agent and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, a pharmaceutical formulation prepared using such composition and a method for preparing the pharmaceutical formulation. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can effectively inhibit the production of related substances derived from the active ingredient by employing a particular acidifying agent and, thus, is useful for a long-term storage.Linvention concerne une composition pharmaceutique ayant une stabilité améliorée, comprenant de lépérisone ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, un agent acidifiant et un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable, une formulation pharmaceutique préparée à laide dune telle composition et un procédé de préparation de la formulation pharmaceutique. La composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention peut inhiber efficacement la production de substances apparentées dérivées du principe actif par lemploi dun agent acidifiant particulier et, de ce fait, est utile pour un stockage de longue durée.
