The invention discloses a substance extracting device which comprises a first container, a second container, a first heating unit, a liquid transfer unit and a control unit. The control unit controls the first heating unit to heat raw materials to be extracted and water in the first container, and the liquid transfer unit is used for transferring the solution in the first container into the second container and then transferring some solution in the second container into the first container. By means of the substance extracting device, the substance extracting efficiency can be further improved, and extracting time is shortened.
