Resultantly, the manufacturing costs of the cosmetic product can be lowered.본 발명은 솜에 화장료를 흡수시킨 형태의 화장품에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 용기 모양에 구애받지 아니하고 어떤 용기에든 공용으로 솜을 충전한 후 에멀젼, 액, 고형, 파우더 타입 화장료를 흡수시킨 형태의 화장품에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 의해 솜을 화장품 용기에 충전할 때 용기 모양에 구애받지 아니하고 변형이 가능하여 어떤 용기에든 공용으로 사용이 가능하고, 솜에 화장료가 흡수된 화장품은 솜의 지지 효과에 의해 안정성이 향상되고, 제형에 구애받지 아니하고 안정하게 보호되어 다양한 제형과 다양한 사용감의 화장료를 개발할 수 있으며, 용기의 제한 없이 사용할 수 있도록 도와주어 제형에 관계없이 용기를 사용할 수 있으므로 결과적으로 화장품 제조비용을 낮추는 효과가 있다.
