PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the operation for discharging remaining fertilizer by turning a fertilizing device to be carried out by a woman, a child or an old person having declined physical strength.SOLUTION: The riding type rice transplanter equipped with the fertilizing device is constituted as follows. The fertilizing device includes a moving-side fertilizing part equipped with a plurality of delivering parts interlocked along the extended directions, and hopper parts communicated with and consecutively installed in each of the delivering part, and a fixing-side fertilizing part fixed to a traveling apparatus. The moving-side fertilizing part is obtained by communicating the neighboring hopper parts with each other, and has a discharging opening for discharging the fertilizer remaining in the hopper parts, formed in an outside wall of the hopper part positioned at one side terminal part. The moving-side fertilizing part can be tilted by using a pivotally supporting part at one side terminal part pivotally connected to the fixing-side fertilizing part as a fulcrum, and lifting the other side terminal part side.
