The present invention relates to a shaping system for making an air permeable film and a product thereof. The shaping system comprises a revolving device, a mold unit that is driven by the revolving device to revolve, a fiber dispensing device located above the mold unit, and an air evacuation device mounted in the revolving device. The mold unit comprises a first net-like mold, which comprises a plurality of meshes and a plurality of first cones having tapering cross section. The air permeable film made by the shaping system of the present invention comprises at least one nonwoven fabric layer with a layered structure. The layered structure comprises a layer body, a plurality of recesses, and a plurality of first hollow convex pillars.
