The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wound gauze which functions in healing wound and preventing fusion, through complexation by treating a gauze with chitosan which is a cationic polysaccharide and also with polysaccharides containing anionic groups including a carboxyl group, a sulfate group, and a phosphate group.
