PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter in which a combination of gears in rotary cases is enabled to cope with a wide stock-interval, capable of accurately setting a transplanting interval in case of a narrow stock-interval.SOLUTION: The transplanter includes: a rotary case that turns around a driving shaft 30 a rotation shaft 34 rotatably attached to the rotary case a transplanting body 27 that rotates together with the rotation shaft a planetary gear 42 fixed to the rotation shaft 34 a counter gear 41 that engages with the planetary gear and a fixed sun gear 40 that engages with the counter gear, wherein, twice of the length from the driving shaft to the rotation shaft is equal to the length from the rotation shaft to the tip of a seedling-taking tine, an axial center of the counter gear is located at the front side in the rotating direction from a straight line connecting the axial centers of the sun gear and the planetary gear, an angle θ2 between this straight line and a straight line connecting the axial centers of the sun gear and the counter gear is 18± 2°, and angle θ1 between this straight line and a straight line connecting the center of the rotation shaft and the tip of the seedling-taking tine is 122± 2° when the tip of the transplanting body is located at its lowest point.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】ロータリーケース内の各ギヤを広い株間に対応可能な組合せとしたとき、株間を狭くしたときに植付間隔を正確に設定できる苗植付装置を提供する。【解決手段】駆動軸30を中心に回転するロータリーケース、ロータリーケースに回転可能に取り付けられた回動軸34、回動軸と共に回動する植付体27、回動軸34に固定されたプラネタリギヤ42、プラネタリギヤに噛み合うカウンタギヤ41、カウンタギヤと噛み合う固定されたサンギヤ40を備える。駆動軸から回動軸までの2倍の長さは、回動軸から苗取り爪先端までの長さと等しく、カウンタギヤの軸芯は、サンギヤ及びプラネタリギヤの各軸芯を結ぶ直線よりも回転方向の前側にあり、その直線が、サンギヤとカウンタギヤの軸芯を結ぶ直線となす角度θ2は18±2°であり、植付体の先端が最下点にきたときの回動軸の中心と苗取り爪の先端とを結ぶ直線とのなす角度θ1は122±2°である。【選択図】図7
