The composition of claim 1, wherein the divalent cation is contained in an amount selected from the group consisting of from about 0.001% to about 50%, from about 0.001% to about 30%, from about 0.01% to about 10%, from about 0.1% to about 5.0%; and from about 0.1% to about 1.0%. 4. The composition of claim 3, wherein the divalent cation is contained in an amount of from about 0.001% to about 30%.
