A phototherapy device for brain applies photobiomodulation to a user's brain and includes a head-mounted shell for covering the user's head, a plurality of light-emitting units disposed on an inner surface of the head-mounted shell, and a control module disposed outside the head-mounted shell and coupled to the plurality of light-emitting units. The plurality of light-emitting units output invisible light with a plurality of wavelengths to the head of the user. The control module allows the user to control the plurality of light-emitting units.
