When the compounding amount of the component (A) is X [mass%], the compounding amount of the component (B) is Y [mass%], and the compounding amount of the component (C) is Z [mass%], the relationship of 0.01≤X/(Y+Z)≤100 is preferably satisfied. Preferably, the compounding amount of the component (A) is 0.1-10 mass%.
