A method for making a Hypericum perforatum extract in Neem oil, provides of: combining an amount of Hypericum flowers and/or capsules with a quantity of Neem oil - introducing into a reactor the mixture made of the amounts of Hypericum flowers and/or capsules and of Neem oil maintaining the mixture vacuum, under agitation for a predefined time and temperature.
