The medical tube 2 includes a bent region 231 where an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the medical tube 2 is bent and where the bent state is maintained, and a connection portion 232 which is provided near the proximal end opening 22 and to which a puncture needle 31 having a sharp needle tip 315 at the distal end thereof is connected from the needle tip 315 side.
