The article dispensing component includes a panel assembly arranged with the top panel of the container to form an article storage area. The panel assembly includes a first panel and a second panel fixed to the first panel, and the second panel abuts the lower side of the first panel. The first panel also defines a platform opposite the lower side configured to receive a plurality of articles.
