PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plate denture, capable of accurately manufacturing the plate denture to which a stain hardly adheres and from which the stain can be easily removed even when the stain adheres and that is superior in durability.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional image of an old denture is displayed based on imaging data of the old denture, and an artificial tooth that needs to be rearranged is removed from the three-dimensional image of the old denture on a virtual space. In a three-dimensional image displayed by the three-dimensional image of the old denture from which the artificial tooth is removed and a three-dimensional image of the artificial tooth, simulation is performed on the virtual space so that a height of an occlusal plane and an occlusal relationship become suitable states, and a three-dimensional image of a new denture is displayed in which an artificial tooth arrangement and a form of a mucosal surface are optimized. In the three-dimensional image of the new denture displayed, the artificial tooth is removed and three-dimensional shape information of a denture base of the new denture is acquired. Based on the three-dimensional shape information of the denture base of the new denture, a resin base of a prescribed shape is formed by cutting processing. A resin tooth is bonded to a recess that is formed on a surface of the resin base and is subjected to surface modification.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】汚れが付着し難く、汚れが付着しても簡単に汚れを除去でき、耐久性に優れた有床義歯を精度よく製造することができる有床義歯の製造方法と、を提供する。【解決手段】旧義歯の撮像データに基づいて旧義歯の三次元画像を表示し、仮想空間上で、旧義歯の三次元画像から再配列が必要な人工歯を取り除く。人工歯が取り除かれた旧義歯の三次元画像と人工歯の三次元画像とによって表示された三次元画像において、仮想空間上で、咬合平面の高さ及び咬合関係が適切な状態となるようにシミュレーションを行い、人工歯配列及び粘膜面の形態が最適化された新義歯の三次元画像を表示する。表示された新義歯の三次元画像において人工歯を取り除き、新義歯の義歯床の三次元形状情報を取得する。新義歯の義歯床の三次元形状情報に基づいて、切削加工して所定形状のレジン床を形成する。レジン床の表面に形成され表面改質された凹部にレジン歯を接着する。【選択図】図10
