PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumen structure having improved kink resistance and strength.SOLUTION: A bellows-like neurotization tube is molded from a braid 10 formed by braiding yarns 9. The height of a crest of the bellows part of the bellows-like neurotization tube is 1-40% with respect to the internal diameter of the bellows-like neurotization tube. Further, a fiber forming the yarn is formed of a biodegradable polymer. Furthermore, the bellows-like neurotization tube can be manufactured by braiding the yarns to fabricate a braid with a braiding angle of 30-85°, repetitively compressing and extending the braid in the longitudinal direction using a core material 3 with an external diameter of 2 mm or more to mold it into a bellows-like shape, and compressing the braid again in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
