PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an antianxiety drug that does not develop side effects given by past antianxiety drugs and chemicals, food and feed containing the antianxiety drug.SOLUTION: The antianxiety drug containing one or two or more types chosen from a compound having a serine unit, cysteine, phosphatidic acid, and glycine, and chemicals, food and feed containing the antianxiety drug are provided. The serine is preferably produced by any of such methods: protein hydrolysis method, chemical synthesis method, enzymatic method, fermentation method, or method of extracting or purifying from animals or plants.
