PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle for bone cement injection, capable of easily forming a sharp blade edge at the tip of an external needle with a double-lumen structure, and capable of easily securing the strength of the blade edge and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A puncture needle 10A for bone cement injection has an external needle 12 configured as a double tube. The external needle 12 includes: an inner tube part 28 constituting an inner tube wall of the double-lumen structure an outer tube part 24 constituting an outer tube wall of the double-lumen structure and a tip part 30 which connects distal ends of the inner tube part 28 and the outer tube part 24 and in which a blade edge face 13a is formed.
