PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope in which a space is secured in a surface of a connecter part wiring and piping is easily arranged inside of the connecter part.SOLUTION: A connecter part of an electronic endoscope has an opening part with a valve capable of communicating an inside space and an outside space of the electronic endoscope, the connecter part has a mouthpiece part electrically grounded when the connecter part is connected to an electronic endoscope processor, a first cap member mounted in the mouthpiece part, opening the opening part with the valve and communicating inside and outside spaces of the electronic endoscope when sterilizing the electronic endoscope, and a second cap member mounted in the mouthpiece part and sealing the opening part with the valve when using a high frequency procedure tool.
