PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of dough not being gathered enough in a gap in a coarse roller, causing a noodle belt having many gaps to be produced.SOLUTION: A coarse roller 10 includes: a pair of rollers 10A composed of a drive roller 11M and a follower roller 11T a motor 10B for rotating the drive roller 11M at a predetermined rotation speed and a transmission device 10C for rotating the follower roller 11T at a predetermined rotation speed. On an outer peripheral surface 11R of each of the pair of rollers 10A, v-shaped grooves 11C are formed at a predetermined pitch, each having a depth of 0.6 to 1.0 mm and being parallel to the center axis line direction of a rotation axis O of each of the pair of rollers 10A.
