The movable frame is coupled with the immobile frame such that the movable frame is movable in a horizontal direction, and includes a plow to form furrows. The length of the pressing plate is adjusted to the width between two ridges in accordance with the location control of the plow, wherein the pressing plate levels an upper surface of the ridge. The small furrow element is detachably coupled with the pressing plate and forms a small furrow on the upper surface of the ridge.
