PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction treatment apparatus used for a traction treatment of the cervical vertebra and lumbar and adapted to perform the traction treatment more safely by providing a cervical vertebra brace wearing detector for determining whether a cervical vertebra kit is put on a patient, and always performing the traction treatment in an appropriate traction mode according to whether or not the cervical vertebra kit is put on.SOLUTION: The traction treatment apparatus 1 having a cervical vertebra tractor 50 for pulling the cervical vertebra of the patient includes the cervical vertebra kit wearing detector 65 for detecting whether or not the cervical vertebra kit 36 is put on the patient.
