The present invention is related to a live-attenuated strain of Pseudomonas for its use as a vaccine, and for use in a method for preventive immunizing and for treating Pseudomonas infection, in particular in patients suffering from cystic fibrosis. Preferably, the live-attenuated strain of Pseudomonas is furthermore treated to become 'killed but metabolically active'.La présente invention concerne une souche vivante atténuée de Pseudomonas pour son utilisation en tant que vaccin, et destinée à être utilisée dans un procédé d'immunisation préventive et de traitement d'une infection par Pseudomonas, en particulier chez des patients souffrant de fibrose kystique.
