The present invention relates to a movable auxiliary chair having a carbon heater therein, which is characterized by comprising: a main body which is a body of a case shape having an inner space allowing the leg of a user to enter and exit, and on which a wheel is mounted to be movable； a foothold which is arranged in an inclined manner at the lower portion of the inner space of the main body such that the user may place his/her feet thereon； a foothold carbon heater which is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the foothold； a foothold detection sensor which is installed in the inner space of the main body, and detects that the feet of the user are placed on the foothold in order to provide a detection signal for supplying power to the foothold carbon heater； a stall carbon heater which is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the main body； a stall cushion which is arranged on the upper surface of the stall carbon heater and is fixedly coupled to the main body； and a stall detection sensor which is located on the lower surface of the stall cushion to detect the weight or the pressure applied on the stall cushion to provide a detection signal for supplying power to the stall carbon heater.
