The combined harvester has a guide body (45) moving above the automatically advancing body (1) with the grain delivery cylinder (70) in the rotating angle range corresponding to the region onthe automatically advancing body (1) in the rotating range of the grain delivery cylinder (70) around the horizontal direction of the top and bottom shaft center to guide to lift the grain delivery cylinder (70) in the downward state upwards.
