A fixing module of positive airway pressure having a cap body, a nasal mask, a first band, a second band and a third band is provided. The cap body has a first connecting portion. The nasal mask has two first buckles respectively extended from a left side and a right side thereof and a second buckle extended from an upper side thereof. A communication tube is extended from the nasal mask. The communication tube is communicated with an airway tube. The first band is connected between the first buckles to form a head strap. The second band has a second connecting portion and is connected to the cap body. The airway is wound by an end of the second band. The second connecting portion is connected with the first connecting portion and adjustable. An end of the third band is fixed with the second buckle, and a third connecting portion is arranged at the other end thereof.
