The present invention relates to a safety syringe. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a safety syringe including: a housing having a through-hole a needle assembly which is arranged in the housing and includes a body having a needle, a storage space for communicating with the needle, and a moving hole for communicating with the storage space a front side plunger which is fixated to the needle assembly in a location between the moving hole and the through-hole and is arranged to slide in the housing in a sealed type a rear side plunger which is arranged in a rear side of the front side plunger and is installed in the housing and the needle assembly body to slide in a sealed type a manipulation member which is joined to the rear side plunger and is exposed to the outside of the housing a fixation member which is arranged in the needle assembly in front of the front side plunger and is fixated to the housing as the needle assembly goes forward and an elastic member which is arranged in the housing and moves the needle assembly backwards to locate the needle in the housing if the fixation member is released from the housing.
