PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seed impregnation rotation sprinkler with tilling which can easily, continuously and efficiently perform spraying of liquid fertilizer and seeds while cultivating soil in a vegetable garden.SOLUTION: Tilling blades and rotation wheels are prepared at both ends of a circular container for containing liquid fertilizer, and a bottle case is provided in a tank of a cylindrical vessel. A push button, a water and liquid intake, and a screw cap are prepared at a lateral surface of the rotation wheel, an opening and closing tool for spraying the liquid fertilizer, an opening and closing tool for sowing, and an opening and closing tool for seeding one line are prepared at a proper place of a circular face of the cylindrical vessel, and a cap and a discharge hole are prepared in the opening and closing tool for spraying liquid fertilizer.
