A bactericidal cleanser composition of the non-wash-off type characterized by comprising (A) a cationic bactericide, (B-1) a nonionic surfactant selected from among polyoxyethylene-hardened castor oil having an HLB of 9 to 16, polyoxyethylene glycerol monostearate and polyethylene glycol monostearate, (C) an amino acid or its salt and (D) 16 to 40% by mass of an alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and being filled in a foamer container and discharged as a foam.
