The present invention relates to methods and pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of Darier disease. More particularly, the present invention relates to an agent that is able to restore E-cadherin trafficking in DK and the formation of adherens junctions for use in a method for treating patients with Darier disease. In particular, the present invention relates to an agent selected from the group consisting of molecular, chemical and pharmacologic chaperones for use in a method for treating patients with Darier disease.La présente invention concerne des procédés et des compositions pharmaceutiques pour le traitement de la maladie de Darier. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un agent qui est apte à restaurer le trafic d'E-cadhérine dans DK et la formation de jonctions adhérentes destinées à être utilisées dans un procédé pour traiter des patients ayant la maladie de Darier. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un agent sélectionné dans le groupe consistant en chaperons moléculaires, chimiques et pharmacologiques destinés à être utilisés dans un procédé pour traiter des patients ayant la maladie de Darier.
