PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of discharging fertilizer remaining in a storage hopper in a short time without labor of a worker.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes: a planting part provided on the rear part of a traveling vehicle body to freely elevate for planting a seedling in a field； a fertilizer applicator for supplying a fertilizer to a position where a seedling is planted by the planting part； and a rotary actuator for rotating the fertilizer applicator to be tilted. The fertilizer applicator includes: a storing member 60 for storing the fertilizer； a delivery device 61 provided at the bottom for delivering the fertilizer to the field； and a fertilizer discharge port provided at a position other than the central part of the bottom for discharging the fertilizer remaining in the interior. The rotary actuator rotates the fertilizer applicator according to the residual quantity of the fertilizer in the storing member to change the angle of inclination.【課題】作業者の労力を要することなく、貯留ホッパー内に残った肥料を短時間で排出出来る苗移植機を提供する。【解決手段】走行車体の後部に昇降自在に設けられ、圃場に苗を植え付ける植付部と、植付部が苗を植え付けた位置へ肥料を供給する施肥装置と、施肥装置を回動させて傾ける回動アクチュエーターとを備え、施肥装置は、肥料を貯留する貯留部材６０と、底部に設けられ肥料を圃場に繰り出す繰出装置６１と、底部の中央部ではない場所に設けられた内部に残った肥料が排出される肥料排出口とを有し、回動アクチュエーターは貯留部材内の肥料の残量に対応して施肥装置を回動させて傾斜角度を変化させる。【選択図】図３
