PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing tool capable of receiving raging force of fish by force other than the elasticity of a rod in cases where a caught fish rages with violent force unbearable to hold the rod, such as when a large or medium sized fish is hooked on a fishhook, the fish may violently rage so as to be entangled with an adjacent persons fishing tackle, when an unexpected large fish is hooked, and when the fishhook is hooked to a part other than the mouth of the fish.SOLUTION: A float includes: 1. a float body, and outer shell bodies 1a and 1b divided into a plural number, formed outside the float body 2. includes a float body and outer shell bodies 1a and 1b covering over the float body, each of the outer shell bodies 1a and 1b constituted by sticking a bone body part having a plurality of divided water-pressure receiver parts and a sheet body thereto or 3. comprises an elastic cylindrical outer shell part, the upper/lower parts of which are covered, and a shape memory elastic body incorporated therein, where the objects 1-3 may be provided with a structure that, when receiving resistance of water, enlarges a resistor of weakening force of the fish of trying to escape therefrom or 4. is formed by integrating a part of receiving the water resistance with the float body, and the integrated body served as a resistor for weakening the force of the fish trying to escape therefrom.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】大型・中型魚が針掛かりし、暴れ回り隣の人の仕掛けに絡み、又予想外の大物や魚の口以外に針係りした時など、竿を持っているのが耐え難くなるほどの力で暴れたりするケースが時々ある、この時の魚の暴れる力を竿の弾性力以外で、力を受けられる釣り具を提供する。【解決手段】1.浮き本体と上記浮き本体の外側に複数に分割した外郭体1a、1bを設けるか、2.浮子本体と上記浮子本体を覆う外郭体1a、1bとを備え、外郭体1a、1bは複数に分割した水圧受け部を有する骨体部とシート体部とを貼り付けるか、3.上下の蓋をした弾性体の筒体外郭部と中に内蔵されている形状記憶弾性体で構成したものか、1~3迄のものに水の抵抗を受けると、魚の逃げ回る力を衰えさせる抵抗体を大きくする構造を設けるか、4.水の抵抗を受ける部分と浮き本体とを一体にして、魚の逃げ回る力を衰えさせる抵抗体とした。【選択図】図1
