The objective of the present invention is to provide a technical basis for Epitin to control the progression and metastasis of cancer using a vaccine or antibodies, by identifying the correlation between the amount of Epitin expression and vascular endothelial cell permeation movement by means of using various cancer stem cells, and to provide an antigen peptide and an anti-metastatic vaccine including same, which are proven to induce antibodies and suppress metastasis in in vitro and in vivo tests based on the technical basis.La présente invention a pour objet une base technique permettant à l'épitine de contrôler la progression et les métastases d'un cancer à l'aide d'un vaccin ou d'anticorps, par l'identification de la corrélation entre la quantité d'expression de l'épitine et le mouvement de perméation des cellules de l'endothélium vasculaire en utilisant diverses cellules souches cancéreuses, et un peptide antigénique de même qu'un vaccin dirigé contre les métastases cancéreuses contenant ledit peptide, qui s'est révélée dériver des anticorps et réprimer les métastases cancéreuses dans des tests in vitro et sur des corps vivants en se reposant sur la base technique.본 발명은 다양한 암세포주를 이용한 에피틴 발현 정도와 혈관 내피세포 투과 이동의 상관관계를 규명함으로써 백신이나 항체를 이용하여 에피틴의 암의 진행과 전이를 제어할 수 있는 기술적 토대를 제공하고, 이에 기반하여 시험관내 및 생체내 시험에서 항체를 유도하고 암전이를 억제하는 것이 확인된 항원 펩타이드 및 이를 포함하는 암전이 백신을 제공한다.
