PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic composition allowing stabilization of a tear fluid layer during wearing a contact lens, suppression of eye dryness, good use feeling, excellent convenience, no risk of misuse, and high efficiency at the steps of production to selling.SOLUTION: An eye drop for wearing a contact lens contains (A) one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of cellulosic polymer compounds, vinyl polymer compounds, polyethylene glycol and dextran, (B) one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of chondroitin sulfuric acid, alginic acid, and salts thereof, and (C) a nonionic surfactant.【課題】コンタクトレンズ装用中の涙液層を安定化させ、目の乾きを抑制し、使用感が良く、かつ利便性に優れ、誤用の心配が無く、製造から販売に至る段階での効率性の高い眼科用組成物の提供。【解決手段】（Ａ）セルロース系高分子化合物、ビニル系高分子化合物、ポリエチレングリコール及びデキストランからなる群より選択される１種以上、及び（Ｂ）コンドロイチン硫酸、アルギン酸、及びそれらの塩からなる群より選択される１種以上、及び（Ｃ）非イオン性界面活性剤を含有するコンタクトレンズ用装着点眼液。【選択図】なし
