PURPOSE: A bone graft material and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to provide the bone graft material at low price and to be stable. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bone graft material comprises the following steps: consecutively washing a bone tissue by using hydrogen peroxide, ethanol and sterile pure water； sterilizing the bone tissue by irradiating radiation； separating trabecular bone from the sterile bone tissue and pulverizing thereof； removing lipid and immunogen by consecutively applying chloroform: methanol mixed solution, hydrogen peroxide and ethanol to the pulverized trabecular bone； sorting the manufactured trabecular bone powder by size； and freeze-drying the selected trabecular bone powder.본 발명은 골 이식재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 SPF 돼지 유래의 뼈를 이용한 골 이식재 및 이의 제조방법으로, 상기 본 발명에 따른 골 이식재는 SPF 돼지 유래의 골을 이용함으로써 원재료의 원활한 공급이 가능하여 수급이 어려운 현재의 이식재에 비해 보다 저렴한 가격으로 시장에 공급할 수 있고, 면역거부반응이 없고 안정적인 장점으로 인해 골 수복용 이식재, 골성장 촉진용 조성물 및 건강 보조식품 등으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
