To this end, the gene group comprises: a group A gene selected from the group consisting of transglutaminase 1 (TGM1), keratin 14 (KRT14), filaggrin (FLG), aquaporin 3 (AQP3), β-glucocerebrosidase (GBA), hyaluronic acid synthase 3 (HAS3), and any combination thereof； and a group B gene selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid synthase 2 (HAS2), matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP2), lysyl oxidase (LOX), and any combination thereof.
