PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a multi-layer blood product in which disadvantage in a conventional method is overcome as much as possible.SOLUTION: A method of preparing a blood product from whole blood includes: a) a process of arranging whole blood into container means, in which the container means includes a first material that defines an inner surface to which whole blood contacts； b) a process of activating coagulation of whole blood； c) a process in which whole blood is separated into red blood cells, serum and a blood product by centrifugal force working to whole blood arranged in the container means, by which whole blood is separated into layers containing red blood cells, blood product and serum due to a density difference between red blood cells, blood product and serum, in which the blood product contains fibrin, white blood cells and platelets, applied centrifugal force has a value and time such that component in blood is separated into a three-layer blood product, a first layer contains high-concentration fibrin, a second layer contains high-concentration platelets, a third layer contains high-concentration white blood cells, and the centrifugal separation is performed under a particular condition； and d) a process of taking out the blood product from the container means.【課題】従来の方法の欠点を少しでも克服した多層血液製剤の調製方法の提供。【解決手段】ａ）全血を容器手段に配置する工程であって、容器手段が、全血が接触する内面を画定する第１材料を含む工程、ｂ）全血の凝固を活性化する工程、ｃ）容器手段に配置された全血に作用する遠心力によって、全血を、赤血球、血清及び血液製剤に分離し、これによって全血が、赤血球、血液製剤及び血清間の密度の違いにより、赤血球、血液製剤及び血清を含む層に分離する工程であって、血液製剤は、フィブリン、白血球及び血小板を含み、適用される遠心力は、血液中の成分が３層血液製剤に分離するような値及び時間であり、第１層は、高濃度のフィブリンを含み、第２層は、高濃度の血小板を含み、第３層は、高濃度の白血球を含み、前記遠心分離を特定の条件で行う工程、並びにｄ）血液製剤を容器手段から取り出す工程、を含む、全血から血液製剤を調製する方法。【選択図】なし
