Height adjustment unit includes a locking unit and a rod. First end of the rod is attached to the resting pad. Locking unit is fixed relative to the fastening unit. Rod is movable in the receiving member of the locking unit in the longitudinal direction of the rod. On the rod on the first side there are multiple first locking recesses. Locking unit includes a first stopper. First stopper in the locking position selectively enters one of the first locking recesses and prevents the rod from moving in the first direction. On the rod on the second side there are multiple second locking recesses. Locking unit includes a second stopper.
