The present invention relates to a closed loop-type hemostatic clipping device having built-in inner pincers, which integrates grasping-type pincers with a device for fitting a hemostatic clip, so as to: primarily, find and temporarily perform hemostasis on a bleeding portion by using grasping-type pincers after confirming that the bleeding portion exists secondarily, move a clip grasping portion and a clip pressing portion and enclose the bleeding portion and then move only the clip pressing portion and clip a closed loop-type hemostatic clip onto the bleeding portion so as to perform hemostasis. According to the thus-described present invention, the amount of bleeding can be reduced by means of temporary hemostasis on a bleeding area, and a hemostatic clip can be precisely clipped on the bleeding area, thereby improving hemostatic performance.
