PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the employment of the aged and the handicapped in a situation where mandatory retirement abolition or scale-down to full 70 years old in enterprises is obligated by national guidance in the social situation where social security becomes severe, thereby suppressing time and labor such as human power, power equipment and power machinery required for mowing performed throughout the year in a green zone in an airport facility, the growth of grass, the breeding of insects, the flying-in and breeding of birds and the ejection of greenhouse effect gas to prevent bird strike between birds and aircraft occurring after mowing performed several times a year.SOLUTION: Rearing of goats in an airport facility is performed by the aged together with the handicapped while the aged picks up and drops off the handicapped and gives assistance to the handicapped. The employment of the aged and the handicapped can thereby be secured.
