The shell is partitioned into two chambers by a partition plate, wherein one of the chambers is provided with a light emitting unit capable of emitting light with a wavelength of 200 nm to 400 nm, and the other chamber is provided with a driving unit for driving the light emitting unit to emit light. Thereby, the pesticide can be degraded.
