PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endermic method for surely performing endermism of drugs and chemicals even if a microneedle is short, a needle organizer for use in the method, and an endermic injector device.SOLUTION: The needle organizer 1 provided, on the surface thereof, with a microneedle collective portion 3 where a plurality of microneedles 2 are arranged collectively is applied to a part of skin 18 from which a stratum corneum is stripped, and then drugs and chemicals are injected into the skin from the microneedles 2 in the microneedle collective portion 3.
